Lotus Digital, LLC may automatically collect anonymous statistics as you browse the Site in the form of cookies and other similar technologies to analyze trends, to administer the Site, improve our products and services, for marketing purposes, for improving users’ experience on the Site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.  This information includes traffic data, including a user’s IP address, domain server, type of computer, and type of web browser, and movements around the Site.

Personally identifiable information includes information such as your name or email address.  In general, Lotus Digital, LLC does not collect personally identifiable information from users, except when you knowingly provide such information as the result of the use of one or more of the features on the Site, such as submitting a contact form.

Lotus Digital, LLC takes precautions to protect its users’ personal nonpublic information. When users submit sensitive information to us, the information is protected both online and offline. Yes.  This Privacy Statement does not apply to information obtained outside of Lotus Digital, LLC.com, or websites of third parties to which we provide links.  Lotus Digital, LLC is not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of the websites of third parties.
